How do you ensure the freshness of your brewing ingredients?

We source our grains, hops, and yeast directly from premium suppliers and store them in temperature-controlled environments. All ingredients are vacuum-sealed and dated to ensure you receive the freshest product for your brew day.

What is your shipping policy for perishable items?

Perishable items like liquid yeast are shipped with optional cold packs. We recommend selecting expedited shipping methods for these items to maintain their viability during transit, especially during summer months.

Can I return brewing equipment or ingredients?

Unopened equipment can be returned within 30 days of purchase. However, due to food safety regulations, we cannot accept returns on perishable ingredients such as hops, yeast, or milled grains unless they arrived damaged.

Do you offer international shipping?

Currently, Howdy Brewer ships to all 50 U.S. states. Due to strict agricultural regulations regarding the transport of hops and grains, we do not offer international shipping at this time.

How can I track my order?

Once your order is processed and shipped, you will receive an email confirmation with a tracking number. You can use this number on our website or the carrier's portal to monitor your delivery's progress.
