At Howdy Brewer, we take pride in the quality of our ingredients and brewing supplies. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a 30-day return policy for unopened and non-perishable items.
Verify Eligibility
Ensure your items are unopened, in original packaging, and within 30 days of delivery; please note that perishable ingredients like liquid yeast and hops are non-returnable.
Initiate Request
Contact our support team with your order number and a brief explanation of the return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
Pack and Ship
Securely package your items with the RMA number clearly marked on the outside and ship them back to our warehouse using a trackable shipping method.
Receive Refund
Once our brewing experts inspect the returned items, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
