Technicianā€™s Note: 8" deck centers are standard for commercial prep tables. Ensure the deck holes are clean and the gaskets are properly compressed during installation to prevent water intrusion. Cerama cartridges provide a positive "off" feelā€”do not over-tighten the handles, as the ceramic discs create a bubble-tight seal with minimal torque.
