Lancer 1522 Ice Chest Bottom Lid - 30-10742-SP

The Lancer 1522 Ice Chest Lid Bottom is the structural and sanitary protection component responsible for sealing the lower section of the ice storage bin. Manufactured from high-density food-safe polycarbonate, it provide the thermal barrier required to keep cold air contained and prevent rapid ice melt from warm ambient floor heat.

Problem Solved: Restores thermal containment and ensures NSF compliance. Replaces cracked, warped, or missing lids that cause excessive ice clumping and moisture 'sweating' at the base of the chest.

Symptoms of Failure: Visible cracks in the bottom cover, excessive moisture pooling under the chest frame, or finding fused clumps of ice that won't reach the dispensing auger.

Technician’s Note: Using genuine Lancer replacement parts ensures UL and NSF compliance. Hand wash with beverage-approved sanitizer only. High-temp dishwashers will cause the polycarbonate to 'craze' (micro-crack) and lose its structural integrity over time.
Technical Specifications:
  • Compatibility: Lancer 1522 Series Ice Chests
  • Material: Clear Food-Safe Polycarbonate
  • Application: Sanitary Bin Coverage (Bottom)
  • Manufacturer: Lancer
