Lancer 1500E Series Stainless Steel Bonnet Assembly - 23-1776-SP

The Lancer Bonnet Assembly 1500E SS is the structural protective cover for the dispensing manifold. Manufactured from heavy-gauge stainless steel, it shields the internal valve solenoids and brix adjusters from syrup splash and cleaning chemicals, ensuring a non-porous and sanitary serving environment.

Problem Solved: Maintains a sanitary environment and prevents fluid ingress from causing electrical shorts or structural frame corrosion. Replaces bent or missing covers that detract from professional appearance.

Symptoms of Failure: Cracked or missing covers, exposed wiring, or syrup buildup on top of the valve solenoids indicating a failing moisture seal.

Technician’s Note: Hand-tighten only. The high-impact plastic or stainless steel housings can warp if mounting hardware is driven in with too much torque. Verify the rear gasket is seated properly to prevent warm air ingress into the chilled manifold.Technical Specifications:
  • Manufacturer: Lancer
  • Series: 1500E CED Series
  • Material: Polished 304 Stainless Steel
  • Application: Structural Housing / Moisture Barrier
