Lancer Hex Drive Kit for FS/IBD 22" and 30" - 82-3916

The Lancer Dispensing Wheel Hex Drive Kit is the primary mechanical interface responsible for transmitting torque from the motor to the ice agitating assembly. It features a reinforced hexagonal interface designed to prevent the drive rounding and slippage common in high-load commercial ice bins.

Problem Solved: Prevents drive rounding and slippage, ensuring the agitator can break up ice clumps and maintain consistent delivery to the chute. Fixes 'No Ice' calls where the motor is spinning but the wheel is stagnant.

Symptoms of Failure: The motor turning but the ice remaining stagnant, audible mechanical clicking or stripping noises from the bin floor, or the agitator stalling under the weight of a full bin.

Technician’s Note: Inspect the corresponding hex on the agitator bar before installation. If the bar itself is rounded, a new drive kit will fail prematurely due to poor engagement. Lube the hub only with food-grade grease to reduce friction.
Technical Specifications:
  • Manufacturer: Lancer
  • Application: Agitator Drive Interface
  • Compatibility: Lancer FS/IBD 22" and 30" Series
  • Material: High-Torque Technical Polymer
