Lancer 115V 6-Valve Drop-In Post-Mix Dispenser - 85-2376-110

The Lancer 115V 6 Valve Drop-In Post-Mix Dispenser is a heavy-duty beverage station designed for seamless counter-mount integration. It utilizes a high-efficiency aluminum cold plate submerged in the ice bin to chill 6 product circuits, Ensuring beverages remain stable and carbonated during high-volume periods.

What it Solves: Corrects inconsistent beverage flavor and prevents syrup waste. By using the bin's ice supply to cool the lines, it provides a 100% reliable serving temperature from the first pour and eliminates the need for bulky remote chillers.

Symptoms of Failure: Drinks tasting watered-down or sweet, warm beverages served during surges, or constant dripping from the nozzle tip after release.

Technician’s Note: Verify Brix ratios monthly with a refractometer. Leveling is critical; if the unit tilts, the cold plate will not be properly submerged, resulting in warm drinks for the center circuits. Verify the bin drain has a proper air gap.
Technical Specifications:
  • Voltage: 115V / 60Hz
  • Valve Count: 6 LEV Precision Valves
  • Cooling: Integrated High-Efficiency Cold Plate
  • Application: Drop-In Counter Mount
