Lancer Harness Main Left Side MVU Sonic - 52-3205/03

The Lancer Harness Main Left Side MVU Sonic (52-3205/03) is the dedicated electrical trunk responsible for distributing 24VDC power and logic signals to the left bank of flavor valves. It features reinforced Molex connectors and high-flex tinned copper wiring to ensure low-resistance communication between the main PCB and the dispensing solenoids.

Symptoms of Failure: If the entire left side of your dispenser becomes non-responsive while the right side functions normally, this harness is the primary suspect. You may also experience 'ghosting'—where valves fire without input—or intermittent signal loss caused by frayed insulation or pins that have lost tension due to vibration.

Technician’s Note: Always check the connector pins for 'green' verdigris corrosion. Syrup wicking into the insulation can rot the copper wires from the inside out. Use dielectric grease on the pins during installation to prevent moisture ingress.Technical Specifications:
  • Manufacturer: Lancer
  • Application: Left-Bank Control/Power
  • Compatibility: MVU Sonic Series
  • Wiring: High-Flex Tinned Copper
