Lancer Syrup Injector Blank for Flex-Nozzle Systems - 05-3391/01

The Lancer Syrup Injector Blank is a precision-molded plug used in multi-flavor Flex-Nozzle heads. When a dispenser is configured for fewer flavors than the head is capable of, these blanks are installed in the unused injector ports to maintain the manifold's pressure and prevent the 'sanitizer-soak' water from leaking into the cabinet.

Problem Solved: This part prevents internal leaks and flavor contamination. Without a blank in an unused port, the water pressure inside the head can force fluids back into the dry syrup channels, leading to mold growth and pressure loss that results in foamy drinks from the active valves.

Symptoms of Failure: Finding syrup or water leaking from the center of the nozzle when a specific flavor is NOT being dispensed, or a noticeable drop in flow rate across all flavors on a single head.

Technician’s Note: When installing the blank, make sure the tiny o-ring on the injector tip is not twisted. If it's not seated perfectly, it will slowly weep water, leading to a sticky mess inside the nozzle housing that attracts fruit flies.
Technical Specifications:
  • Manufacturer: Lancer
  • Application: Manifold Port Sealing
  • Compatibility: Lancer Flex-Nozzle Heads
  • Material: Food-Grade Sanitary Polymer
