Lancer Soda / Syrup Seat for LFCV Valves - 05-1745/02

The Lancer Seat Soda / Syrup LFCV is the primary internal sealing component for the Lever Flow Control Valve series. It provides the high-pressure fluid barrier necessary for a positive shut-off, ensuring the beverage stream stops instantly without 'trailing' or dripping once the lever is released.

Problem Solved: Corrects 'creeping' leaks at the nozzle tip and eliminates syrup waste. Replaces seats that have become compressed or pitted by high carbonation pressures or mineral grit, restoring the head to like-new performance.

Symptoms of Failure: Constant dripping from the nozzle after use, a visible syrup 'trail' in the cup between dispenses, or the valve failing to shut off completely, leading to tray flooding.

Technician’s Note: Always lube the seat with a tiny dab of food-grade silicone (Petrol-Gel) during installation. A dry seat can tear or roll during the first valve cycle, leading to an immediate leak. Check the solenoid armature for sticky residue while the valve is apart.
Technical Specifications:
  • Compatibility: Lancer LFCV Valve Series
  • Application: Internal Fluid Shut-Off
  • Material: High-Resilience Beverage-Grade Polymer
  • Manufacturer: Lancer
