The Lancer Splash Plate 22" for Mercury and Bevariety ACIB is the primary stainless steel moisture barrier positioned behind the nozzles. It protects internal electrical components and the ice door solenoid from syrup splash and condensation, providing a smooth surface for health department compliance.

Problem Solved: Maintains a sanitary serving area and prevents liquid ingress into the internal mechanical compartment. Replaces plates that are bent, deeply scratched, or pitted by harsh cleaners.

Symptoms of Failure: Liquid leaking into the machine frame, short-circuited agitator motors, or visible corrosion and mold buildup behind the front panel of the dispenser.

Technicianā€™s Note: Verify the foam gasket behind the plate is still intact. If it has flattened, use a bead of food-grade silicone to prevent syrup from seeping into the motor housing. A clean splash plate is the first thing a customer sees; keep it polished.
