Syrup ratio cup (aka brix cup) 5.4 to 1, plastic. A ratio cup is used to measure the ratio of syrup to water in a drink. A syrup separator is fastened to the head of the valve and the brix cup is placed below the separator. When the valve is engaged, syrup should flow into the smaller part of the cup while water should flow into the larger part of the cup.
