The Lancer Splash Plate For 44 Sensation is the heavy-gauge stainless steel vertical barrier that shields the internal mechanical compartment of the 44-inch Sensation dispenser. It provides a non-porous, sanitary surface for the dispensing zone and prevents beverage splash from reaching the agitator motor and internal electronics.

Symptoms of Failure: Replaces plates that are bent, deeply scratched, or pitted by harsh chemicals. A damaged splash plate is a health department violation and allows liquid to seep into the base frame, causing structural corrosion and electrical shorts in the motor compartment.

Technicianā€™s Note: Verify the foam gasket behind the splash plate is still intact during installation. If the gasket is flattened or missing, syrup will wick into the motor housing, causing the agitator to seize over time.
