Wunder-Bar Adjusting Screw - Soda Gun Flow Control Part

Wunder-Bar Adjusting Screw - Soda Gun Flow Control Part

The Wunder-Bar Adjusting Screw is a critical internal component for commercial soda bar guns. This screw (FR-10) is used to precisely calibrate the flow of syrup or carbonated water within the manifold, ensuring the correct brix ratio for every beverage selection. Constructed from high-durability, corrosion-resistant alloy, it is designed for the high-cycle use and fine-tuning required in professional bar environments. Essential for any technician performing brix adjustments or a full gun rebuild on standard Wunder-Bar post-mix systems.

Technician's Note: If your soda gun is producing inconsistent drink quality, the adjusting screw may be fouled with dried syrup or stripped from over-tightening. When calibrating, use a dedicated brix cup and make adjustments in 1/8 turn increments. Ensure the internal O-ring (sold separately) is lubricated with food-grade silicone grease (Petrol-Gel) to maintains a pressure-tight seal around the screw threads.
