Lancer 115V 24 lb Ice Bank 604 Delta Line Chiller, 4 Circuits - 385-15504XX-000MXXA

The Lancer 115V 24 lb 604 Delta Line Chiller is a heavy-duty remote cooling unit designed to keep syrup and water lines at serving temperature between the back-room pumps and the dispensing tower. It builds a 24 lb ice bank in an internal water bath, providing the thermal mass required to handle high-volume serving periods without temperature spikes.

Symptoms of Failure: If drinks at the tower are coming out warm or foam-heavy, the chiller has likely failed to build an ice bank. This is often caused by a seized agitator motor or a refrigeration leak. A 'frozen' water bath (ice bridging) is another common symptom, which prevents the product coils from making proper thermal contact with the cold water.

Technician’s Note: Always check the water bath level probe during monthly PMs. If the water level is too low, the unit cannot build an effective ice bank, forcing the compressor to short-cycle and eventually fail.
Technical Specifications:
  • Voltage: 115V / 60Hz
  • Ice Bank Capacity: 24 lbs
  • Circuit Count: 4 Independent Product Circuits
  • Refrigerant: R290 Eco-Friendly
  • Application: Remote Beverage Chilling
